We rent out studios in different sizes, with and without sanitary facitlities and even an apartement (for 4 persons) with a seperate sleepingroom, own sanitary facilities and an own kitchen. We also have dormitories.

The rent of a common studio is SEK 2750 per month. An additional person staying in the same studio pays a surcharge of SEK 1750.
For shorter stays we charge special tariffs, starting with SEK 120 per person per night for a dormitory.

The rent for the apartement is SEK 4525 per month for one person. The price for two persons is SEK 7250. For shorter stays we charge: 1 to 3 nights with one person: SEK 300 per night; with two persons SEK 500 per night /  4 to 8 nights with one person: SEK 275 per night; with two persons SEK 450 per night / 9 to 18 nights with one person: SEK 200 per night; with two persons SEK 300 per night. 

For children we have special rates.

For groups we make special prices.

During the period from October the 1st till March the 31st we charge an energy surplus. 

EuropeanArtists.tv rents out some bikes. The charge is SEK 500 per month.
