Companies, schools, private individuals, artists and designers may use and publicise the programs anywhere, except on the Internet and television.

The participating artists and designers may use the television programs for their own promotional purposes. The artist may give away the DVDs for free, and send them, for instance, to people who have purchased his works before, and he may offer the DVDs for sale at the price at which he purchased them from Faassen Media Producties bv (€ 20.00 per DVD). If the artists purchases more than 200 DVDs within 2 years, we will offer to make a new program.

The artist can offer the DVDs for sale at, for instance, exhibition openings, and through galleries and tourist information centres. Companies may show the programs in waiting rooms or give them away as promotional gifts, and schools may use the programs as classroom material.
